Dr. Raymond “Trey” Fulp is an Orthopedic Surgeon born and raised in Oklahoma. After graduating High School, he joined the United States Marine Corps. Upon his discharge, he attended Oklahoma Central State University for his undergraduate degree. He then attended Oklahoma State University of Osteopathic Medicine. He then was selected to the Harrisburg, PA. Orthopedic Residency Program at the Osteopathic Community Hospital. He has performed fellowships at not only Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children and AO Traveling Spinal Deformity but Texas Back Institute as well where he also served as an attending physician supervising a team of medical students, residents, and fellows.
He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a highly skilled surgeon in both Orthopedic Spine and Extremities. In the spine, he specializes in deformity, arthritis, disc pathologies and general pain. In extremities, he specializes in Sports Medicine, General Orthopedics, Trauma and Pediatrics. He has over 15 year’s experience as a trauma surgeon.
He is bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish.
Dr. Eubanks is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon. In practice since 2008, Dr. Eubanks specializes in the non-operative, operative and rehabilitative treatment of various conditions of the bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments of both adults and children. His patients have access to the latest in orthopedic and sports medicine care including advanced minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques and procedures.
Dr. Eubanks obtained his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. After medical school, he completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and his fellowship at Mississippi Sports Medicine. He began his medical career at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, in Mattoon Illinois. He also served as the Team Orthopedist for Eastern Illinois University, Alcorn State University, Hinds Community College, Charleston High School, Hillcrest Christian School, and was the Assistant Team Physician for the Houston Rodeo and Houston ISD football teams.
Dr. Eubanks is a member of American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.
